Restoration of my 1975 Gibson Ripper bass.

My Pickguard Problem!!!

I need a replacement pickguard like example #3 (no mounting holes for the pickups). ALL the Rippers I have ever seen have pickguards like #2 or #3. I have never seen a ripper that needed or had a pickguard like #1 but that is the one every one makes! Does any one out there know why?? does any one know where I could get pickguard #3?
